Blessings in the Name of our Savior Jesus Christ!

This month we have been focusing on prayer, how important it is to the life and vitality of the body of Christ.  It was with-out a doubt foundational in the early church and needs to be just as important in these last days in which we live.

"if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." (2 Chron.7:14)

The Church needs revival and it begins with prevailing prayer...

There is no power like that of prevailing prayer – of Abraham pleading for Sodom, Jacob wresting in the stillness of the night. Moses standing in the breach, Hannah intoxicated with sorrow, David heartbroken with remorse and grief, Jesus in sweat of blood. Add to this list from the records of the church your personal observations and experience, and always there is the cost of passion unto blood. Such prayer prevails. It turns ordinary mortals into men of power. It brings power. It brings fire. It brings rain. It brings life. It brings God. (Samuel Chadwick)

No one is a firmer believer in the power of prayer than the devil; not that he practices it, but he suffers from it.” (Guy H. King)

Until next time,
God's Grace and Peace!
