The Apostle Paul when writing to Timothy says, "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power..." 2 Tim 3:1-5
Paul is not talking about the those in the world...for these ungodly character traits have always been part of those who don't know Christ, but he is speeking to us with-in the Body of Christ.
Friends look around you, we are in the last days! And we need to be ready for the return of our Lord and Savior.
There was this song we used to sing years ago, maybe some of you remember it, it goes like this,
Life was filled with guns and war
And all of us got trampled on the floor

Children died the days grew cold
A piece of bread could buy a bag of gold
